• Don't drink caffeine for 4-6 hours beforehand. 

• Don't shave or wax within 24 hours before 

• Eat a light meal about an hour before you float. 

• If you wear contacts, bring a case, or take them out before you come. 

There's no need to bring anything else with you, unless you would like to wear your swimwear, we supply everything you will need.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you start your float on time 

 

Failure to attend your appointment occur 100% service fee or cancelling within 24hrs without medical certificate with occur 50% fee 

You will not be able to float if: 

• You have epilepsy that is not under medical control. 

• You have diabetics which is not under medical control 

• You have gotten a tattoo in the last 6 weeks. 

• You have an open wound. (There's a lot of salt. It'll hurt.) 

• You have had your hair coloured within the last 7 days

• You have gotten a spray tan within in the last 10 days

• You are unable to enter and exit the float tank without assistance (unless you bring someone who can assist you). 

• Under the influence of any drugs or alcohol 

• Currently menstruating
